We were very pleased with the quality of the hanging frame that you installed. Looks quite elegant. The metal prints continue to sell well and, again, the excellence of your product is a major contributing factor. Lots of people think that the print is on glass and constantly mention the vividness of the colors. So good work. We'll be back for more.

Greg H., | Not happy I am not happy with your service. On April 17. I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back.
You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience.
