my frustration I just wanted to express my frustration with my order and service from last month. I ordered floating frames because I had some canvases I wanted to put between two pieces of glass to display and my online research showed that's what they were called. When my order arrived I was surprised to find that floating frames means something else on this website and of course I couldn't return them. So I was out $300. I also didn't receive all of the pieces to hang the other regular frames I had ordered and when I called, the woman on the phone didn't believe me at first and then never sent the supplies she promised. I bought them at Loews last week. I've worked with several online frame shops the last few years but this has been the worst experience.
Melinda, | I was excited when the frame arrived earlier than the date promised, but disappointed to find it broken at two joints. From the look of it there is only a dab of glue holding the pieces together. Also there were a few dents in the wood. We are going to reglue the sides and add some L brackets to reinforce. The frame was close to 300.00 .....I should not have to do this.

The ease of using the peel and stick, is unbelievable, even at the 30 inch by 40 inch size. The images are as true as they could possibly be. We will be ordering many more. fantastic service and remarkably fast turn around.
buck, Vancouver | I ordered art prints from Fine Art America and had them shipped to Vancouver On Canvas. I was concerned about the shipping but that worked out well. The canvas prints were wonderful, exactly like the images I ordered. I recommend Vancouver On Canvas, they did and excellent job. Thank you for the good work.
