I received your email stating to review and contact you if we had any changes. I did that plus left a VM with my order number to advise that I wanted to change the color of the frame. Not only did I not get a call or email back, you shipped the order after you asked me if the order needed to be modified. Not good service. I am extremely disappointed in the mug you produced. I ordered the 15 oz mug as shown on your website, but that is not what I received. In fact, I measured the liquid capacity, and it\'s 13.5 oz, not 15 oz. In addition, the background of the artwork I sent was white, but the final product has tiny pink and purple dots all over it. I will never be using your company again.
